However, following Articles 8 till 10 of the German Law for Teleservices TMG, we are not obliged, as service provider, to control transmitted or saved third party information or to investigate any indication for possible unlawful acts.

The obligations to eliminate or block the use of information following the general legal regulations are not affected by this. However a liability in relation to this is only possible from the date of the knowledge of a concrete infringement of law. Our services include links to extern websites of third parties, on which contents we have no influence. Therefore we do not assume any liability for these external contents.
